Default What do you know about Internet Explorer 7?

I've been trying to get some more information about the next evolution of the infamous Internet Explorer browser, but have been finding it difficult. I do have the beta 1 installed, and it is pretty nice, but a little buggy, and perhaps (incomplete )

I've seen people casually mention 256-bit encryption being available in IE7, but making no reference to the source of that information. beta 1 does not support 256-bit. so does anyone know anything definitively?

does anyone know when beta 2 is expected to be released?

does anyone have a clue how to work the web feed feature?

does anyone know why when u type an address in the address bar, it searches google/aol/etc instead of taking u to that link?

anything else interesting?

I personally would not want to beta test their products unless they pay me. I would prefer use FireFox instead.

I don't use Internet Explorer at all. In my opinion the best browser for now is Opera. This browser is not so popular as IE or Mozilla but it's really good, very secured and fast.

Why do you use Opera? Is it lighter than FF or it has some other features like security etc?

The main reasons why I like Opera are because it's faster that FF and IE and it blocks ads and pop-ups. Also Opera is very customizable because you can change the position of tabs like you want..

How much faster Opera is? I have changed a few settings in my FF by accessing about:config and I think there is nothing faster than FF(I have used opera as well).

It's really good that you found such settings that make FF faster, but I wrote you about Opera's speed without any configuration changes. I also used FF before, but after installing Opera I noticed that in this browser websites content, pictures etc. is loading quite faster than in other 2 browsers. It's just my personal opinion of course.
