Hi all,

Well the quest to find the programs that will be right for GIG is still going strong, and is running peterg and fxnick into the ground! We have been successful in finding a couple so far so that is the good news, but it is becoming clear that more help is needed.

So as CEO, I am putting a call out for anyone who can help out the RDD team with some basic research and exploration of programs we have on our short list. I understand that some people may be concerned about the amount of disclosure the MG require for officials of GIG, so a new type of role has been created.

Should you be able to help out, you would be assisting fxnick and peterg, and would be working with them directly. You would of course only have limited access to information, but disclosure of details would also be looser as a pay-off. We all want GIG to be a reliable program that looks after your investments, but this cannot happen without the proper research and the right choice of investment programs. So if you want your money looked after, then here is your chance to contribute to its safety.

More details on what will be needed in terms of the role, and disclosure will be given on application, please PM myself, peterg or fxnick with your interest, or simply reply to this thread and we will be in contact. Remember GIG was the suggestion of goldentalkers, so let's all work together to make it happen

It's interesting work to be one of RDD team. But I think u need someone who have enough experience in investing and there shoud be no barriers in communication. So, could u pls list some basic qulification for being one of RDD?
I am interesting in this work, but maybe I am not qualified.

Hi Simon and everyone else of course, we have two strong leaders with a wealth of experience in peterg and fxnick currently running the show, but they need help with some of the tasks. A great knowledge in investments is not necessarily vital, but a knack of interpreting information and probing for detail would be of more importance. Fxnick and peterg will lead anyone who joins the team, so im sure they will choose who they think would be suitable.

Open communication between all RDD team members will be available of course!

I could definitely use some more practise in DD.

Currently I do not look for new programs for my own money, I need to overcome my paranoia from the demise of Prime Fund and Syncinvest first.

Thanks for the interest gerryst and simon. I will let fxnick do the vetting and choosing, as he is the actul Head of R&DD (I'm really only helping out!)

I would suggest that you both PM him stating your interest and expertise.

I think this is a great motivator. *smile*... i would be able to help if help is still needed. If there are any specific DD guidelines that need to be followed I would like that to be made clear.
