GIG = GIGMutual:

Well as announced the other day, a home had been found for the GIG program. We are pleased to announce that GIG, is now officially called GIGMutual! The change in name came about due to gig.com and its variation being registered already, so a new name was needed. The MG decided on GIGMutual as it maintains a link to goldentalk, and the GIG pet name, while emphasising that the whole program is a mutual effort between investors, management group and officials.

Our home is http://www.gigmutual.com which is now registered! but at present only has a place holder to look at, but the design is well on its way!

So go and give your thoughts, and watch out for more announcements soon.

The new site will be database driven, with full encryption, shared SSL protection for the pages that need it as requested, and while only registered for the 1 year so far (wonder how long it will be take before someone does a whois), if the trial of GIG goes as expected, this will be extended for as long as the program is supported, which, hopefully will be for a mighty long time!

Website Development

The design is coming along great guns, to give you an idea, the design draws inspiration from the heart of GIG, goldentalk, and will be something I am sure you all will find easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye. Oh and not a suit clad businessman to be seen so far

Research and Due Diligence Leader

Well the research has begun with fxnick and peterg leading the way. We have established very strict due diligence requirements when researching companies, that if all are met, will ensure a stable base for the GIGMutual to progress into the future.

More details on how this research is going will come from fxnick and peterg at a later date. As you can appreciate, companies are usually not real forthcoming with information, so a bit if work is needed.

A Personal Message:

Finally, a final message from me personally. A big thankyou to all who voted in the CEO poll recently. The final result meant I was appointed as CEO for this stage of the program and I am most excited and grateful for the support. Another big thanks must go to all of my fellow Management Group members, who have been putting many more hours in than you realise to ensure that this "idea" becomes a "reality".

I am sure that the hard work will pay off!

Pleasure to know that so many are anxious for the time. We are doing whatever we can but in the same time knowing that rushing things will only lead to incomplete planning and executions which can produce fatality in the end.

So guys and gals... future members of GIG... please hold all your heart out and place patience as the virtue... we will try to present to you the best of GIG as the most friendly investment society that will first exist in the world!

Last week I was wrapped up in forex up to my neck so I didn't have much time to check in... Found some time this wk end tho' and i like what i see, this is probably the first competent looking idea i've seen in this arena for a long time, i'm in... long live GIGmutual, soon i'm sure there will be many little "GIGLERS" around, he he.

Well done folks, I'm watching and waiting keenly.

Well it is good to know that you are excited too as much as we are about GIG! We are striving as fast as we can to build up GIG from scratch, and thanks to the fellow MGs we are already on steady foundations.

We still do need to firms out any weak structures and enhance any features that deems appropriate. GIG will still need feedbacks and suggestions even after the launching... so as a member you guys are always welcome to provide any comments and suggestions to further better GIG.

This all hard work... is just for the members.... to realise every dreams of avoiding scams, becoming a bit richer every month, and the assurance that we can sleep with the thought that GIG will always be there to welcome us back.

So... keep it up!!
