How do they earn their interest? 3. Can anyone verfiy if there is some actual trading going on? 4. How do we know it's not a ponzi or a scam in the making? 5. Will they reveal their location if one has enough invested? 6. Is there a forum or way to comminicate with others who have invested into this group? 7. Does anyone know any of the principals involved, if they have been involved in some previous HY programs, scams, etc.? This sounds similar to the Pecunia Club, which I joined towards their end. It was based in Panama and their shares cycled every 6-7 weeks. I was in it for 8-9 months back in 2002 or 2003. Anyways, I hope this group has a long life, but only time will tell. __________________ Give yourself to that which will outlive you.

Taking bank wires too. This group does it all. Membership is by invitation only so send an email (to contact@... We will not have any contact information on this site. It will literally serve no other purpose than to provide member a way to keep up to date on their accounts whenever you wish. That is it. There will be absolutely no reason for any non-member to visit this site. There will be nothing. We assure you that we will continue to be the private group that we are.

We will have a better idea in early-mid February of when (if at all) we will likely begin setting this up. We will keep you updated on this when we have further information.

We also welcome feedback from members (members ONLY) about this. Members' opinions are always welcomed.

MEMBER'S LOGIN

A couple weeks ago we announced that we were considering the idea of setting up a member's login to provide members with a better option to keep track of their LV Group account. We are pleased to announce that we have decided to proceed with creating this new member's login site.

We understand the overall concern many members have about LV Group having a website. This is one of the primary reasons we have never decided to do so, along with the fact that we would prefer to stay relatively private anyways.

Therefore, allow us to assure all members that this will be a PRIVATE, MEMBERS ONLY website that serves absolutely NO purpose other than for members to login and check on their account status. Therefore, by accepting an online account to be set up for you, you agree to NOT release the web address of our member's login page to ANYONE. We repeat: You MUST NOT give our web address to ANYONE. Anyone found doing so will have their LV Group membership terminated and their invested funds will be returned minus a 10% penalty. This is a matter that will NOT be taken lightly.

We will begin the process of creating this site within the next 7 to 14 days. In order to complete this, we will need to manually create each member's account individually. Therefore it may take up to 2 weeks or more to have each and every member completely set up with their account. Each member will be notified, via email, of both the web address and their specific account login details as their accounts are created for them.

Each LV Group associate will be contributing any spare time they have in order to help us complete this in a timely fashion. We hope to have this completed and have each member set up with their own online account by early March. We kindly ask that you do not contact us simply to inquire as to when your account may be created. If you have not received your account details by 03/14/08, then you may send an inquiry.

You will have the ability to login to check on the following information:

-Number of shares owned.
-Value of each share.
-Total value of your LV Group account.
-It will show you any shares that are still within their first 2 pay cycles.
-You will also be able to purchase additional shares with the ability to send your funds to us directly from your account.

You will also be able to purchase your debit card through your account (please see the next section for further details on that).

DEBIT CARDS

One of LV Group's top priorities is protecting our members in any way possible (including their personal, private information). We have been searching for several months to find a suitable debit card for our members. One that does not compromise their personal and banking information as extensively as most do. We are please to announce that we now have a truly anonymous debit card that members have the option of obtaining.

This is a TRUE anonymous debit card. Please understand, you will need to provide a shipping address and either a passport number, identity card number, driver's license, SSN or SIN. HOWEVER, the owner of this debit card program had informed us of two KEY features of this card:

1) There is NO verification process for any of the information you provide. They are required by law to obtain an identification number from the card holder. However, actually verifying that the information provided is valid is at the discretion of issuing bank.

We would like to repeat, we have been informed that there is no verification process for the information you provide for these cards. The identification number provided will not be verified. We can CONFIRM this.

2) The card will not even be registered in your name and you will be the ONLY one with the card's information (card number, PIN, etc.). Therefore these cards are best suited for online purchases and ATM withdrawals. Also, you have the ability to provide ANY mailing address you choose when making online purchases.

When testing any debit card, one of our very first steps is to be sure that all card features that are advertised are true and accurate. Therefore, we have had a number of cards that, when ordering, we INTENTIONALLY provided incorrect information for. Even with this incorrect information, these cards continued to work perfectly fine. We have also used these to make purchases online and we can verify that is does NOT matter what billing address you provide.

There are number of additional features that make this not only a great card, but a TRULY anonymous card. However, these features, along with any other details, will be disclosed to members ONLY. By requesting further information about this debit card, members agree that they will NOT disclose any information regarding the debit cards that we ourselves have not disclosed to the general public. Doing so will result in the termination of your card and/or your LV Group membership.

This card has the MasterCard Logo so you can use it anywhere that accepts MasterCard.

These cards are provided by a third party and not the actual bank itself. The card may be funded either by us (members' withdrawals), or by yourself by visiting the card's website (provided on the back of the card). HOWEVER, if you fund the card yourself, you will be limited to relatively small limits:

Daily funding limit: $2,500
Daily withdrawal limit: $1,000

When the card is funded by the card provider (us/the card program's owner), you will have much higher limits:

Daily funding limit: $25,000
Daily withdrawal limit: Unlimited

We would like to point out that although we have each tested these cards and have found no problems or issues, please be aware that we have only had a short period of time to test these cards. Therefore, we would suggest to anyone using them to simply use some caution. For example; do not immediately begin with funding your card with large sums of money. Do not leave large amounts of money on the card without withdrawing it. Etc. Again, this is simply a precaution. We have had not trouble with our cards at any time and we have tested them with large sums of money ($10k+).

We would also like to point out that there is no guarantee how long this card program will last. It has been operating for a number of years now, however, they may discontinue this program at any time. We have been given no reason to suspect they will, we only want members to be aware of this ahead of time.

As an LV Group member, you will have the ability to order your card directly from your new LV Group, online account.

If you would like additional information and details of this card, please email us and provide both the name on your LV Group account along with your LV Group member ID.

NEW PAYMENT METHOD ADDED

The owner of the debit card program is aware that LV Group offers a number of different payment methods for it's members. Therefore the owner has made several options available to us for funding these cards. One of the options we have available to us is e-bullion. Therefore, we felt that using e-bullion as a method of payment for members would simply the next logical step for two reasons:

1) We receive, almost daily, emails from members requesting that we begin using e-bullion. We have already, over the past couple of weeks, allowed a number of new members to us e-bullion. These members specifically requested e-bullion and since our plans were to begin accepting it soon anyways, we allowed it.

2) We have been testing our own e-bullion accounts for about three months and have not had any problems at all. We therefore believe that e-bullion is once again the reliable e-currency that it used to be.

We originally decided against using e-bullion because of not only the number of reports about delays with actual transferring of funds, but also because group associates experienced the same sorts of problems when using e-bullion for their own personal accounts. For example; delays of up to 5 days to credit an account after they have already received a bank wire to fund the account.

We do realize that the majority of these delays were simply because e-bullion decide to increase it's security to prevent fraudulent accounts from being opened and used for illegal purposes. Although this is was a logical and wise decision on behalf of e-bullion, the fact remained that these delays would cost not only the group and it's members time, but money as well.

However, as we stated, we have had zero problems or issues with our e-bullion accounts over the past 3 months so effective immediately, e-bullion is now a payment option.

The current options available for LV Group member's to send or receive funds are:
-Bank wire ($5k min)
-E-gold
-E-bullion
-Pecunix
-Liberty Reserve
-V-money

They said they want to stay "semi private"and for the last update I asked the admin if it`s was ok to publish it in forum public.Any way they will have a website soon and the access will be totally private .If you want more infos about lvgroup you still need my id member to get it.
