I don't think it is as useless as you are mentioning . Though you are a bit right but this way the referals will be of a great success for the advertiser . The referels will surely increase the genuine traffic .

I think this is not a reliable way of advertising, which is between the admin of a private exchange of resources, so we don't know a private transaction between the admin in the end the validity of
