vip non payment of large withdrawals
vip do not pay out withdrawals of more than $1000 and they keep funds in pending and no return

VIC is paying stably since October 2005 - even when under DDoS attacks or during unfamous Taiwan earthquakes
 I am sure that OP's problem can be solved in an amicable way. Did you contact support, or send direct email to VIC admin? What server are you on - vipinvclub.net or vipinvestclub.net?
